THANK YOU, SUE!
Although a single phrase or a simple “Thank You” cannot express our appreciation for the dedication and contributions of our valued team member, Sue Nash, we wish to pause for a moment to acknowledge her as we commemorate her remarkable 45+ years of service at Team Wiseco as she embarks on her well-deserved retirement.
Sue Nash’s journey at Wiseco began in the year 1978, a time when disco reigned supreme, and a time when the racing world was largely unaware of these so-called forged pistons. Her enduring tenure at Wiseco stands as proof of her steadfast dedication and remarkable adaptability. She was even present during the momentous occasion when the first forging press was introduced to the Wiseco manufacturing facility, marking a pivotal turning point in the company’s history. Her progression through the diverse departments at Wiseco resembles a genuine odyssey, consistently surpassing expectations throughout the years.
Sue began her career in the ring department, where precision and an eye for detail were of utmost importance. Swiftly establishing herself and demonstrating an innate talent for meticulous work and a devotion to quality, these qualities became the hallmark of her work.
From there Sue demonstrated her adaptability and skill in multiple areas around the shop including picking warehouse orders, working in the shipping & receiving department, contributing to the purchasing team, and even spent some time as a machine operator before finding her home on the Wiseco sales team in mid 80s. There she would combine her deep understanding of the company’s operations, her extensive knowledge of the products, and her passion for helping racers from all forms of motorsports, making her an invaluable resource for Wiseco’s customers for years to come.
Sue Nash’s legacy at Wiseco embodies a narrative of unwavering dedication, adaptability, and an unrelenting pursuit of excellence. Throughout her tenure with us, Sue has consistently demonstrated remarkable commitment, professionalism, and leadership that have not only positively impacted our organization but has also inspired us all. She has been a mentor, a role model, and a friend to many of us. Her work ethic, integrity, and passion for her profession has set a standard that we will continue to uphold long into the future.
Sue, you are the embodiment of Team Wiseco’s spirit, and we are profoundly grateful for your incredible contributions over the years. Congratulations on 45 years of exceptional service and unwavering commitment. Thank you for being an integral part of our Wiseco family, may your retirement be as wonderful as your career has been.
Cheers to the incredible journey ahead!
